Sigma Xi Nomination Form

This form may be submitted by a nominator OR a nominee to sigmaxi@tamu.edu. If you do not have a nominator listed, the membership committee will review your package and consider providing the required nomination for your membership. Please include electronic CV/resume for faster processing of nomination package. Do not send nomination materials to national office, as they will send back to Texas A&M University Chapter for processing and membership notification will be delayed.
