Nomination instructions for Texas A&M University Chapter of Sigma Xi Outstanding Science Communicator Award
The Texas A&M University Chapter of Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society, accepts nominations for the Sigma Xi Outstanding Science Communicator Award annually from December 1 to February 13. The recipient will receive a plaque and $750 cash prize at the Annual Sigma Xi Induction and Awards Banquet and deliver at the Fall Distinguished Scientist Lecture, hosted by Sigma Xi.
This award is given annually by the Texas A&M University Chapter of Sigma Xi to a faculty member who has demonstrated superior skill and dedication to improving science education in the public school system. Recipients are recognized at the Annual Sigma Xi Spring Induction and Awards Banquet. (Click here for a list of past recipients)
